Cube Finance hosted an event in Milan dedicated to the application of Artificial Intelligence in the financial sector, bringing together professionals from banks, asset managers, and financial institutions to discuss emerging technologies and their impact on compliance, risk management, and portfolio analysis.
Held at Copernico Milano Centrale, the event provided attendees with an opportunity to explore practical use cases of AI within financial services and to gain insights into how technology is reshaping operational processes across the industry.
The first part of the event focused on Finva AML, an Artificial Intelligence-based solution designed to support anti-money laundering activities and customer risk management processes. Participants explored how advanced analytics and machine learning technologies can contribute to the identification of risk indicators, the management of compliance workflows, and the improvement of operational efficiency within AML functions.
The discussion then moved to Finva PORT, a platform developed to support portfolio analysis and reporting activities. The session highlighted how Artificial Intelligence can assist financial professionals in analysing portfolio data, generating insights, streamlining reporting processes, and improving access to information across investment management activities.
The event featured contributions from Stefano Zanchetta, Managing Director of Cube Finance, Federico Cecconi, CSO of QBT Sagl, and Paul Weber, Head of EMEA Business Development at Cube Finance, who shared their perspectives on the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and its growing role within the financial industry.
The presentations were followed by a networking aperitif, providing participants with the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss industry developments, and explore the practical implications of AI adoption in regulated financial environments.
