Cube Finance has developed the new chatbot for the City of Mendrisio, now available directly from the homepage of the municipality’s official website.
The project was designed to support citizens and visitors in accessing information and municipal services through a digital tool capable of assisting with the search for content, procedures, opening hours, contact details, and other useful information provided by the local administration.
Powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies, the chatbot was developed to provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, helping users navigate the website more efficiently and facilitating immediate access to municipal information and services.
The solution was initially released in Beta version, allowing user feedback to be collected and enabling the virtual assistant’s capabilities to be progressively enhanced through a continuous improvement process.
For Cube Finance, this project represents an important real-world application of artificial intelligence technologies, demonstrating how innovative tools can help simplify interactions between public institutions and citizens.
The initiative forms part of the City of Mendrisio’s digital innovation strategy and highlights the growing role that artificial intelligence can play in improving service accessibility and enhancing the dissemination of public information.
