Stefano Zanchetta
Chief Executive Officer
Stefano is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience. He began his career by working with his father, an Italian stock broker, learning derivative strategies at the age of 12. He then went on to hold various roles in finance, including risk management, hedge fund advising, and teaching at universities and banks. He founded Cube Finance in 2008, which specializes in developing technology systems for banks and other financial intermediaries. He is passionate about both finance and coding and his goal is to position Cube Finance as the innovative technology provider. He oversees all strategic, technical and business aspects of the company.
Paul Weber
EMEA Business Development
Paul is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry and a strong background in both operations and management. He began his career in 1988 in the back office of a major brokerage firm specializing in stock dealing and commodity trading. He then progressed to small and mid-sized private banks where he was responsible for operations in treasury, forex, and trading in listed cash instruments and derivatives. Within the smaller firms he was also tasked to design IT tools for portfolio management, treasury, foreign exchange and risk management. Before joining Cube Finance in 2018, Paul was the head of operations at a Swiss External Asset Manager.
